Have you ever recieved an email telling you to click the link and you will be invited to play WOW Cataclysm? I hope not. Recently a major campaign of false emails flooded the web, trying all possible efforts to steal your accounts of World of Warcraft.
Please remember a few precautions against this kind of mail and how to recognize truth from falsehood.
First thing to know, and not least, what is the current status of tests Cataclysm?
Cataclysm is still in alpha stage, Blizzard will announce on its website the beginning of the beta. This information will of course be backed up by community sites of WoW.
How do I know if I am selected for the second phase?
* The mail is presented to the key Blizzard (very graphic) and not simply a slab of text
* There will not be written in English or French Approximate worthy of automatic translators
* The email will explain in detail the procedure to access the beta and will be on the same principle as the current beta for StarCraft II. The email will ask you to sign in to your Battle.net account, the beta will appear among your Blizzard games.Especially, do not click on any links in e-mail in question, better directly access to Battle.net.
