Have you heard of Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) 2010? If not, no problem. You probably know the massively multiplayer online (MMO) game Super Hero Squad Online based on over 70 years of Marvel comics and movies.

Today the developer of SHS MMO Gazillion Entertainment brought an amazing news for its upcoming action-packed Super Hero Squad Online, that is, it will be showcased at the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) in the Gazillion Entertainment booth #3433.

Debuting at PAX will be Super Hero Squad Online’s new collectible card player versus player (PvP) system. As one of the key pillars of this online browser based game, players will be able to build their own personalized decks with iconic Marvel Super Heroes and powers, pit them against friends in the game world, and gain experience and rewards to utilize in game. Additionally, players will be able to earn more cards by completing quests and mini-games or purchasing limited-edition cards online. Choose from hundreds of different cards, create the ultimate deck and defeat any and all challengers.

To celebrate the announcement of Super Hero Squad Online’s Collectible Card Battle system, the company will be sponsoring a Super Hero Squad Online card game tournament based at the Gazillion booth. Tournament contestants will be able to win one of three prize packages from Alienware.

The Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) is a semi-annual gamer festival held in Seattle and Boston. PAX was created by Jerry Holkins and Mike Krahulik, the authors of the Penny Arcade webcomic, because they wanted to attend a show that gave equal attention to console gamers, computer gamers, and tabletop gamers.
